Guest House “Valkanovi” is located in the village of Levochevo, located in the central Rhodopes, 6 km north of Smolyan and 7 km southeast of Pamporovo, at 1200 m above sea level. The area is known for its beautiful mountain scenery, rich history, clean air and mild mountain climate.

Guest House “Valkanovi” is on three floors with an internal staircase. All rooms are in an attractive Rhodope style. The house max capacity is 15 guests.

For the greater convenience of larger groups, we offer an additional part which has a warm connection to the main part, consisting of two floors with an internal staircase with an additional four bedrooms.

Available in the main house are:

* Five separate bedrooms – two of them are located on the second floor and the other three are on the third floor. Two of the bedrooms have the option of a third person and the other two have the option of four people.
– first bedroom – large double bed + small double bed
– second bedroom – large double bed + option for a sofa single bed
– thirth bedroom – large double bed + option for a sofa single bed
– fourth bedroom (penthous) – large double bed + single bed + single bed
– fifth bedroom – large double bed

– The main house has a total of four bathrooms and toilets located on each floor.

Available in the additional part are:

– sixth bedroom – large double bed
– seventh bedroom – large double bed
– eighth bedroom – single bed + single bed or large double bed
– ninth bedroom – single bed + single bed or large double bed

-The additional part has a total of three bathrooms and toilets, two of which are in bedrooms six and seven and one in front of bedrooms eight and nine.

* In front of the house there is a large veranda, which reveals an incredible mountain view. It can be used all year round, giving guests the opportunity to create warmth and comfort through a large fireplace. The fireplace has a water wheel that rotates and allows you to prepare a barbecue.

* Dining room with fully equipped kitchenette – here guests can apply their culinary skills.

* Service room – equipped with large refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine.

* Tavern with fireplace, where guests can have fun.

* Each floor has a private bathroom – in them guests can relax with a hot tub or hydromassage shower.

* Finnish sauna, located on the third floor.

* The house has central heating, satellite TV, free WiFi and audio system.

* Children’s playground with swings, slide and sandpit, located in the yard of the house for our youngest guests.

* Jacuzzi – this is the latest acquisition of the house “Vаlkanovi”. The jacuzzi is a 10-seater, located in a separate room under the veranda, with beautiful mountain views. Уse of the jacuzzi is reserved and is not included in the price per night.

* If you want to take a break from daily cooking, we can deliver Rhodope dishes of your choice right to the house. 

* If you want to really immerse yourself in the Rhodope region, we can book a singer with a bagpipe.
